General conditions of sale for equestrian stays  :

For all stays  :

Our prices include  :

• equestrian activities

• full board accommodation

• the visits included in your program

• the loan of a helmet

• supervision by animators for children's stays

Our prices do not include  :

• the federal riding license or the holiday card.

• The transfers

• Options and supplements (single room, small group supplement, etc.)

Registration and payment terms  :

After contacting us to confirm the availability of places, please complete the online registration form on the page of the hike you want. Thank you for attaching a 30% deposit to your registration.

The balance must be paid 40 days before the departure date, without reminder from us. Failure to pay the balance is considered a cancellation.

​

It is possible to pay for the stay in several installments. In this case, you must send us several checks with the dates of cashing each check.

​

If your registration takes place less than 40 days before the departure date, all services must be paid during registration.

​

Additional services (transfer, extra night, galloping, etc.) can be paid for on site.

Modification / cancellation:

​

Any cancellation or modification of your stay must be confirmed to us in writing (email or letter).

Amount of fees:

* CANCELATION  : If you definitely want to cancel your hike and not register for another hike:

Up to 61 days before departure: cancellation compensation of 50 € / person

From 60 to 30 days before departure: cancellation compensation of 30% of the total amount of the hike.

From 29 to 15 days before departure: cancellation compensation of 75% of the total amount of the hike.

Less than 15 days before departure: cancellation compensation of 100% of the price of the hike.

* MODIFICATION  : If you want to change your dates and participate in another hike:

Up to 41 days before departure: no additional charge.

From 40 days before departure until the day before departure, no additional charge unless:

• we are full and you have prevented other people from booking on the hike.

•   we had to book non-refundable services (accommodation, catering, etc.), particularly on itinerant hikes.

• your non-presence generates additional costs for the group (small group supplement).

A supplement of 150 € will then be requested.

In the event of delay or abandonment on your part during the trip, no reimbursement from us is possible.

We reserve the right to cancel a departure if the minimum number of participants

is not reached or in case of force majeure. In this case we will suggest another date to the participant. If no date is suitable, the participant will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid, but may not in any case claim compensation.

People who have paid for their trip before their arrival will have priority. We reserve the right to refuse people who have not booked or have not paid for the service in advance.

From 4 people a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the service will be requested.  

Modification / cancellation:

• CANCELATION  : If you wish to definitively cancel your hike and not register for any other hike, the amount of the service remains acquired. You nevertheless have the possibility of transforming the paid service into a gift voucher (see gift voucher modality below) valid for 1 year to offer to one of your relatives.

• MODIFICATION  : If you want to change your dates and participate in another hike: No charge.

For all riders :

Nice present  :

All our services can be offered in the form of a gift voucher.

If you wish to offer a gift voucher, all you have to do is pay for the entire service, then upon receipt of payment we will send you the voucher by email to print at home. (possibility of sending by post if you do not have the means to print).

All you have to do is offer your gift voucher.  The beneficiary of the voucher has one year to use it. The voucher is not nominative and may change beneficiary.

No refund will be made if the beneficiary does not use his gift voucher or if the validity date of the voucher has passed. In the event of reservation of dates, then modification of these last, the modalities of modification above will be applied. Supplements which are not included in the voucher (additional night, small group supplement, transfer, etc.) will be paid on site.

Assurance:

The equestrian center is insured for civil liability with the PEZANT firm which covers bodily, material and immaterial damage which could be caused to the participants. However, Cheval Alsace cannot be held responsible for accidents which may be due to the imprudence or to a personal error of the participant. Riders must have their own civil liability insurance.

Beyond 07 days of hiking, the participant must hold a license from the French Equestrian Federation which can be issued on site at the start of the activity.

Invoice: An invoice will be issued to participants on request

Image rights: Cheval Alsace reserves the right to use images to promote our stays. If you or your children do not wish to appear, notify us in writing upon registration.
